Haiti Aid benefit

This Sunday starting at 1pm! Come join us for music and a good cause - Haiti is still in dire need of our help. There are rains coming to the earthquake effected areas and their challenges are just beginning. All show proceeds go to the Red Cross Earthquake Relief fund - come out and show your support & enjoy the music!

Il Troubadore will appear at the multi-fandom convention, ConNooga, in Chattanooga, Tennessee as a part of the YardGnome Productions™ 2010 cast. New songs in various fictional languages (e.g. Klingon, Ewok, Huttese) will be part of the production as well as a number of previous tunes for fans of various pop culture television shows, video games, and movies.  The convention begins on Friday, February 19 and ends on Sunday, February 21.  Il Troubadore will give two performances on Friday and Saturday with YGP and will make informal appearances at the YGP booth at the convention.

About YardGnome Productions™

YardGnome Productions™ is a group of traveling performance artists/ friends who share a common love of dance, music, and all things nerd. We all come from a traditional background but have expanded our creativity to bring to Conventions a show and presence that not only reflects our own eccentric personalities but can reach other individuals that flock together in this unique and accepting environment. YGP consists of many types of performers including but not limited to:Bellydancers, live musicians, fire, hoop, poi, and staff dancers. We have a constant flow of entertainers that rotate in and out throughout the year to continuously offer a fresh variety of entertainment. There are many different types of bellydance such as. tribal, cabaret, goth and others. The costuming, music, and themes are geared to reach all genres of fandom.

An evening of world music and live bellydance by il Troubadore and Amirah. Music from Greece, Egypt, Turkey, Iran, Macedonia, Bulgaria, Albania, India, Spain, Italy and other countries. Plenty of open dance opportunities so bring your shimmy! Drink specials to dancers who come in belly dance costume AND those wearing SCA garb!!

Also, il Troubadore and members of Yard Gnome Productions will perform segments of their show that is being performed at ConNooga in Chattanooga, Tennessee--come hear music that's out of this world!!
