Much honor will be won by you if you come to these events!  The il Troubadore Klingon Music Project will be appearing at PandoraCon 2013 (Saturday, October 12, 7pm) and at Classical Revolution Cincinnati (Sunday, October 13, 8pm) this weekend!

The il Troubadore Klingon Music Project will be at Gen Con Indy 2013 over the next four days (August 15-18)!  Joining us will be bellydancer, Celeste and the Wookiee Cellist for the biggest four days of gaming in the world!  See you at the Indiana Convention Center where much honor will be won!!

On Friday (August 16), as a special lunch time treat (though without the gagh) we will be appearing at the Indianapolis Artsgarden during lunch (12-1).

The il Troubadore Klingon Music Project  will be performing with the Wookiee Cellist at the Joliet Public Library Annual Star Wars Dayin the Chicago area.  The event is on June 1, 2013 and is free and all ages.  10am to 4pm.

TIME CRASH: Formed on the whim of a Facebook status update by lead vocalist/rhythm guitarist (and avid 'Doctor Who' fan) Ronen Kohn, Time Crash first came together in the summer of 2011 with the goal of being 'America's first trock band.' Along with Dave Kitsberg (lead guitar), Michael Fye (bass), Andy Rice (drums), and Chris Rice (steel guitar), the group has brought together an assortment of rock genres, from power ballad to punk, in celebration of their favorite Time Lord and his adventures.

IL TROUBADORE, known on the planet Qo'noS as bomwI'pu' has been performing tlhIngan QoQ (Klingon music) live since 2009. il Troubadore's mission is to record and perform all existing songs in the complete musical oeuvre of the Klingon Empire. il Troubadore have managed to also learn a number of songs from many alien races throughout the multiverse including tunes in the tongues of the Ewoks and the languages Huttese, Fremen, Vulcan, Tenctonese and Shyriiwook. Also, the group have managd to pick quickly learn tunes in dozens of langauges on the planet Earth.

DJ GSPOT: Born and raised in Chicago, Gspot was fortunate to have an Aunt and Mom raise him in the Nerd tradition. To Star Wars, Star Trek, and Dr. Who, Sci-Fi influences his techno/electrohouse music. Trust him, he's the doctor.

This weekend (December 1) is the opening (SOLD OUT) night of the Klingon Christmas Carol by Commedia Beauregard at the Raven Theatre in Chicago.  There are some tickets left for the twitter preview on November 30. 

Our resident composer, j'onn, has written the score for the production which we recorded and we will be making appearances on December 1, as well as on December 21 ("Feast of the Long Night") and 30 (closing night).  Also appearing will be our favorite Klingon Bellydancer, Deserae, who you can see dancing with us in this clip:

Apparently our performance of the Wookiee Bellydance song is making the rounds through the internet.  Much honor has been won!
